Journey Towards Consciousness…
You have traveled slow and steady before reaching this stage in your life. You didn’t get there suddenly. Therefore, if you want to move to a new state of consciousness, it won’t happen in just a few days or weeks. When moving from one state of consciousness to another as well, you have to pass through various stages before you reach your final destination.

While on this journey of consciousness, leave your past behind. What you need is only a positive attitude, faith and a strong desire to change your life. Leave the rest behind, and you will slowly but surely reach the new horizon. You might come across some difficulties during your journey but you are bound to come out stronger at the end of the day, if you persist in your endeavors.

You’ll hear many people say, “I’ve tried to meditate, but I just can’t seem to do it”. They feel that to meditate entails a complete quietening of the mind. However, quietening of the mind comes only when you meditate for a long period of time. There are various methods to meditate. Some are passive while others are active – not in the physical sense, but in the sense that you actually do something during meditation. They all seem to lead to the same place. So, find the one that suits you best.
