Living in Metro cities like Mumbai can be very stressful due to day to day schedules.

Holidays can be great, but quite often the planning and traveling leaves you more exhausted. We at Nirmayee have a concept of Health Holiday's. This is where you distress and relax. Pune is one of India's most favorable place to live, with good weather, even in summer when the evenings are cool, and historical places to visit.

A seven day package at INR 3000 per day per person includes:
Stay in AC Room, all meals, (juices, soups, as per diet prescribed by the doctor), and all treatments.

Please note in seven days a couple will learn the correct technique of Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation, and will be given a Total Detox treatment.

For our guests from abroad we have a special package which will include airport pick up and drop, sight seeing to all important tourist destinations in and around Pune, stay in comfortable service apartments and all therapies.

This will include all of the above plus an AC car to take them sightseeing or shopping.

The timings for the treatment will begin at 7am and finish by 6pm. After which the guests are free to do whatever they like.

We have an excellent Total Body Detox treatment which is included in our package. This is an old Indian technique to rid the toxins that have built up in the bowel may be guilty for some of the health problems in our life.
