If you resist

In the beginning you may find it difficult fitting into your new activity.  Don't be in a hurry.  For you to get settled into a new habit, it is bound to take you at least 30 days.  You may also feel guilty over not getting adjusted to the new habit.  That is perfectly alright.  Even if you meditate only once a week to begin with you have made some  progress.

You may also feel you don't have sufficient time for meditation.  In that case, you may be too busy or not using your time properly.  The purpose of meditation is to help you build a better life for yourself.  And if you really want that, then somehow, you will find the time to do it.
