Clinical Features
The patient feels ill and has headache, fatigue, muscle pains and abdominal discomfort.

• Headache
  There is headache accompanied by chills.
• Fatigue
  The patient feels tired and stressed out.
• Muscle Pain
  There is body ache with pain in the joints.
• Abdominal Discomfort
  Nausea and vomiting is generally present.
• Fever follows next
  Fever is accompanied by shivering. The sequence of paroxysms is seen with chills and rigors with profuse sweating at regular intervals.

Physical Examination for Malaria
Spleen and Liver is palpable on examination. Anemia is seen in most cases.
