Types of Mask
Orange mask

Face Mask

• Take 1–3 orange skins for one time use of the pack.
• Keep the orange skin in a cool dry place , let it dry completely (do not expose it to sunlight)
• Powder the skin and mix with adequate water and one teaspoon of honey.
• Apply it on your face, keep the pack for 10 minutes.
• Wash with warm water.

Lemon mask

• Take 1–5 lemon skins for one time use of the pack.
• Keep the lemon skin in a cool dry place , let it dry completely (do not expose it to sunlight)
• Powder the skin and mix with adequate water and one teaspoon of honey.
• Leave the pack for 10 minutes.
• Wash with warm water .

Honey–lemon–besan–haldi mask

• Take two teaspoons of besan , mix with a pinch of haldi, one teaspoon of honey and two teaspoons of lemon juice.
• Take water for mixing only if necessary.
• Keep the pack for 20 minutes.
• Wash with warm water .

Besan–haldi–milk mask

• This the traditional Indian remedy for a number of skin problems.
• Take two teaspoons of besan, half teaspoon of haldi, two table spoons of milk to mix.
• Keep the face pack for about 20 minutes.
• Wash with warm water .

Some Natural Astringents
Astringents are useful to revitalize and tone the skin.
Apply astringents regularly after removing make–up or face pack.

Watermelon juice

• Cut the watermelon (medium sized) in half and collect its juice.
• Apply with soft cotton.
• Let it dry.
• Wash off with warm water.

Tomato juice

• Take a medium sized tomato, squeeze it and filter it.
• Apply with soft cotton.
• Let it dry.
• Wash off with warm water.

Lemon juice

• Take a medium sized lemon, squeeze it and filter it.
• Apply with soft cotton.
• Let it dry.
• Wash with warm water .

Lemon juice may irritate the skin, discontinue use if irritation persists.

Cucumber juice

• Take a medium sized cucumber, grind it and filter the juice.
• Apply with soft cotton.
• Let it dry.
• Wash with warm water.
