The first impression of an individual is always the lasting impression, and a if you have a healthy glowing complexion, it makes a mark. Whatever we eat is going to show. So, if we want that enviable beautiful skin, we must eat the right food at the right time.

Sodium
Deficiency of sodium can make your skin sticky. You might get wrinkles sooner. You need to eat lots of cucumber to fight sodium deficiency. It also helps keep your body cool in summer.

Iodine
To combat iodine deficiency you should eat foods that contain high iodine content like carrots, beet root and leafy vegetables.

Fluorine
Flourine
If you have scaly skin it is due to the deficiency of fluorine. It can give rise to problems relating to the spleen and blood. This fluorine is destroyed if we cook the food. Therefore, it is better to eat raw food. You should make it a point to eat a fruit daily. Also drink goat’s milk and eat cheese, cabbage, cottage cheese and cream whey.

Silicon
If you've had a skin rash, then it could be due to silicon deficiency. To stay away from skin eruptions and pus, you need to eat a lot of sprouts, tomatoes, spinach (palak), strawberries and figs (anjir). Also you need to eat green leafy vegetables. Add at least one green leafy vegetable to your meal everyday.

Water
Drink as much as water as you need in a day. Drink a glass full of water when you get up in the morning. You can also drink a mixture of water, lime and one teaspoonful of honey. Make it a habit to drink 10 to 12 glasses of water in a day. It helps improve your digestion and also flushes out toxins from your body. Remember, most skin problems start with the kidneys. So, clean your system with plenty of water.
