The hymen, which is a thin flap of skin could be damaged during any vigorous activity, e.g. cycling, swimming or horse riding. So an intact hymen would show that a girl has never had intercourse, but a broken hymen does not show that she has had intercourse either.

One drop of semen is equal to 40 drops of blood.

Semen and blood are completely different substances in the body, and there cannot be any equivalence between the two.
