The department of speech and hearing in Father Muller Hospital is organising a three–day free speech and hearing camp at the medical college outpatient department from September 28.

Free evaluation will be done for individuals suffering from hearing loss caused by noise, pollution, aging, diabetes, ear discharge with advanced instruments and they will be provided with information on modern hearing aids.

Evaluation and counselling will also be done for problems found in children such as stuttering, misarticulating, learning disabilities. Speech and hearing professionals will give their advise for the above needs. The camp will be held from 9.30 am to 1 pm, and 2 pm to 5 pm.
