During the inauguration of a seminar on Ayurveda organised by the Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine, Pune mayor Mohansingh Rajpal said that Ayurveda departments will soon be started in municipal hospitals. “The entire world has taken to Ayurveda, but it is being overlooked in India. Ayurveda practitioners must spread the ancient knowledge on this subject, with the help of modern technology. This will allow common people to get quality treatment.” Those present on the occasion were council president Sanjay Gavhane and National Integrated Medical Association president Ulhas Auti.
