The State Ayurvedic College in Tudiyaganj began its specialised OPD and indoor services for surgery, gynaecology and paediatric streams here on Monday.

"Ayurvedic doctors who specialise in surgery will render these services," principal Dr Bhagwan Singh told reporters. The services will be available in a separate specialised block which was inaugurated by the medical education minister Lalji Verma.

RML may start OPD services from Dec:
After several years of delay, Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical sciences may finally start out patient department (OPD) services from December. Institute director Dr MC Pant claimed formalities for appointment of faculty members for running the OPD have been completed.
